Join us in Carillon Bell Choir

Carillon is a Coppers-level handbell choir, occasionally aspiring to Bronze. Translated to plain English, Carillon plays music with medium difficulty, and occasionally plays music that pushes the envelope of difficulty. We’re a fun group of musicians, and you’re welcome to try your hand at ringing whether you have experience or not. Unlike most musical groups, where you’re responsible for playing all notes on the page, when ringing handbells you are just responsible for two (sometimes more, sometimes less) notes plus their associated accidentals. If you can follow two dots on a page and count to 4 (or a variation thereof), you’re good to go!

Rehearsal is every Thursday evening from 6:15-7:15pm, generally from September through early June. We ring in Worship one Sunday per month plus Festival worship services (Christmas Eve, Palm Sunday, and Easter), and occasional concerts.
